Vendor Tables Info
Vendors must be on site to set up at 1:30pm on Sunday, June 19th, 2022. Vendor spaces are 6 foot x 6 foot spaces. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own table and vending materials. Music or amplified sound may not be played at table.
Tables set up must be completed by 2:45pm. Vendor tables will be open from 3-7:30pm. Booths must be broken down, area cleared, and off of the premises by Sunday, June 19th, 2022 8:30pm. Limited electricity not available for booths. Vendors are invited to have an information table and/or sell non-food/beverage products such as clothing, art, jewelry, candles, etc. Vendors are responsible for processing payment for their own sales. LFR Events and Consulting LLC is not responsible for the selling or security of vendor products, property, or money. Following vendor table purchase, vendors will be contacted for additional information required for the booth. Table purchase includes admission for two, standard disclosures apply. Food and/or beverage is not included with your purchase.
RELEASE AND WAIVER.
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST LFR EVENTS AND CONSULTING AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION WITH THE ACTIVITY.
As a condition of your attendance at this event you agree and irrevocably consent to your image and/or likeness being captured on film and or video, the benefit of which shall vest in San Diego Melanin, it's licensees, successors and assigns, and may be distributed throughout the world in perpetuity, without limitation and agree to receive communications from SD Melanin.
